Tragic Loss of Life

The Tragic Loss of Life in Texas last Sunday was heart saddening.

The media immediately started with those who want to prohibit all guns conveniently forgetting that criminals can always get guns if they so chose.

It was a tragic loss of life.

Why is so little said about the following loss of life?

I quote from Martin Fox:

“Most Americans have never heard of  LeRoy  Carhart,  an abortionist currently working out of Bellevue, Nebraska.

Yet he’s made a career of ending innocent unborn life for the past thirty years.

The fact is, he has eagerly served as the face of the abortion lobby in battles against pro-life legislation, contesting the 2003 Partial Birth Abortion Ban in the Supreme Court case Gonzales v. Carhart, which he thankfully lost.

To this day, Carhart complains about that case, lamenting that he can no longer legally kill babies after they have already been partially delivered.

But even so, Carhart continues to slaughter unborn babies day after day — even performing abortions at the ninth month of pregnancy.

At this late date, these babies are fully viable, fully formed, and fully capable of feeling pain.

Yet abortionists like Carhart have no problem ripping them from their mothers’ wombs.

After botching an abortion, Carhart left the mother in agony, bleeding heavily, and struggling for breath in the emergency room.

As for her child, at seventeen weeks that baby had arms, legs, fingers, toes, and a heartbeat. Its bones were hardening, and it could begin to move and kick.

But like so many others, that baby tragically died at the hands of LeRoy Carhart.

This brutality is the kind of thing you and I are up against.

And it’s why you and I must fight to end this slaughter of innocents once and for all.

In the poetry anthology  “Under Red Cliffs”  a poem is included titled “Every Business Day”.

It addresses this modern holocaust.   An even greater  loss of life than a mass shooting.

America’s sacrificing to idol gods

America’s sacrificing to idol gods
Human sacrifice was a religious practice of the pre-Columbian Aztec civilization, as well as other Mesoamerican civilizations such as the Maya and the Zapotec.

Spanish explorers, soldiers and clergy who had contact with the Aztecs between 1517, when an expedition from Cuba first explored the Yucatan, and 1521, when Hernán Cortés conquered the Aztec capital of Tenochtitlan, made observations of and wrote reports about the practice of human sacrifice. For example, Bernal Díaz’s The Conquest of New Spain includes eyewitness accounts of human sacrifices, as well as descriptions of the remains of sacrificial victims. In addition, there are a number of second-hand accounts of human sacrifices written by Spanish friars, that relate the testimony of native eyewitnesses. The literary accounts have been supported by archeological research.

When Cortez and and the boys saw the human sacrifice, they were repelled as any Christian would be.
Helping to destrouy such a blood thirsty culture was something they saw as required of God.
And why not? Who could kill babies, maidens, and others as sacrifices to dumb idol Gods?

But here in American today, the blood sacrifice bunch are at it again.

It’s called abortion.

Now the idol god is money to perform the dastardly deed.

Consider the following letter:

“Once abortionists have a woman in their grasp, they can’t stand to let her go.

That’s why when one mother changed her mind about aborting her twins, the abortion mill refused to unlock their doors and let her leave.

As the mother paid for the abortion at the front desk, she was already second guessing her decision.

Nonetheless, she ventured through the abortion mill to speak with her so-called abortion “counselor.”

But at that moment, the mother changed her mind about having an abortion. She told her “counselor” that she wanted to choose life for her unborn twins. But the abortion workers refused to let her leave.

They locked their doors, trapping the mother inside the abortion mill, and when she demanded that they give her a refund of her money and let her leave, they instead continued to pressure her to go through with killing her babies.

The abortionists ultimately forced the mother to let them keep half of her money before she could escape their mill.

And although the twins from this story survived a close call with an abortion mill, not all babies are so lucky.

Sixty-one million little lives have been snuffed out since Roe v. Wade legalized abortion-on-demand in 1973.

You and I must unite to overturn the disastrous Roe v. Wade and end the barbarism once and for all.”
