It’s been hot and cold and you’ve run your swamp cooler but then you went out of town for a week or two or were in the hospital and rehab for a month as one customer was,  you shut your cooler off while away.  Good idea but while it was off  the aspen pads got dirt blown in them and maybe mold began to grow or just moss or algae.

The tip: Change the pads. For under $4.00 each, it is well worth it to preserve your health and the air will be cooler and will smell so much nicer.

I believe in saving money and economizing, but this is one place where you shouldn’t  scrimp on money.
