I portrayed Peacemaker to the Indians, Jacob Hamblin, in a documentary about water conservancy in May and June 2011-Liquid Desert- which screened in the DOCUTAH September 8-17 2011 in St. George, Utah.
It can be seen at the Eccles Building at Dixie College on Thursday the 15th at 7 pm. Phil Tuckett would appreciate it if you attended more than just that film. There are many fine ones to be seen.

I portrayed Peacemaker to the Indians, Jacob Hamblin, in a documentary about water conservancy in May and June 2011-Liquid Desert-
It was lots of fun. Had I planned to do it, it would not have happened. It just did. The filming is over with. Some tense moments in the planned flood when a couple of people really were in peril.
I have some voice work to do on it and editing and then the Liquid Desert documentary will be done.
Got to meet a lot of nice people from three years old to into their 80s.
Some of the people had been in movies, TV series and upcoming movies. It made me feel kind of small when I heard of their credits.
But they were all very down to earth folks.
I guess that is a fun thing to do on one’s birthday anniversary date.

A little disturbed at Squidoo. They took down the “ahalthyme” site saying it was a spam site. Sorry to all of you who liked it and contributed to it. It was the most popular and visited site that I had at Squidoo.com.Guess they don’t want people to try natural ways of being healthy.Best advise is still: “Learn how to take care of yourself and stay away from Doctors.”-Dr Eugene Dalton, MD

Today with a horribly cold north wind howling, i took down two sign boards to redo them and was on a roof until 5:30 pm. Why do people wait until the weather is bad before they want anything done? I’ve been after folks for weeks while the weather was nice to do these things.
Same thing happened in the fall, they waited until winter was upon us to think of their outside maintenance needs.
Is there a explanation? My 94 year old mother said its because folks fail to have common sense. Is there more to it than that?
Last year folks waited for late fall for me to install asphalt shingles. Those shingles need summer’s heat to melt them together so they don’t blow off during the winter winds. And flat roofs need to be exceptionally dry for the products to bond well. Even rubber products work better when its warmer for the installation.
Is there any accounting for this human behavior?

Some times people praise those who are in the public eye. There are very good if not better vocalists, mostly unknown to the world, out there. Do you know any? Is there a friend or acquaintance whose singing you like?
One friend of mine teaches French in public school. another one works in the computer software industry. One or two are professional singers. Others sound great but will never be know outside of their home environment. I think that is a shame.
Do you like the way you sing. Where do you sound the best?
Some of us sound best in our car or our bath because of the mini echo chamber that exists in those small areas.
Do others like your singing?
What is your opinion on this topic?

I’ve just been listening to a cd of songs, recorded many years ago a a friend of mine who died last summer. What a great singer. He was accompanied by the piano.
Robert (Bob) Rowley will really help those heavenly choirs. I’d never heard him as a young voice though I’d sang next to him in the bass section in our church choir for several years.
He’d been an engineer, did lapidary as a hobby, wrote a fiction book entitled Zero Risk, and was on the local town council.
Hope to hear him sing again in person when I get there.

Some have asked in their blogs and else where, “Why has the
ghost of the 16th President of these United States has been
seen in the White House?”
This is my answer.
The Spirit world is all around us and though they can see us, we
seldom see them. And why wouldn’t a man like Abraham Lincoln,
who cared so deeply for the Union, not still has some interest in
whether or not, what he worked for and so many have so valiantly died
for, be in good standing or not?
I mention some ideas and some facts and myths about Mr.
Lincoln in my Ghost of Lincoln shows at the St. George, Utah
Pioneer Opera House yearly on February 12th.
Come and see me this year on Saturday the 12th at 3pm.

I was disappointed today to learn that National Opportunities,LLC of Littleton, Colo. had gone out of business. Triple Opportunity was the business opp, then a health insurance company link, a mortgage company link, and a link to a lot of online stores like Walmart.com and Buynow.com and Priceline.com. I thought they were one of the very best online businesses and I’d just started to generate a lot of traffic to my site.
But so many good firms have died. KJMM-an SEO company(I did direct mail advertising and they sold to the respondents- I made my money back on this one and really looked forward to it continuing for a long time.), Bankcard Empire-a Merchant Account Business, American Mortgage-an online mortgage provider(I even earned a referral fee from them.)
Well the end of good things.
Hopefully better things are coming.

I get so upset over these programs that never sell real world product but only suck money away from the desperate poor with worthless information and links and procedures that don’t work or can’t be operated without buying more and more services(coaching, plugins, etc.).
The promoters of these schemes make big amounts of money, but they are the only ones, by pitching supposed values that only exist in their minds.
While people who really work and really provide services or products are not paid what they are worth by these same kind of people that promote only fluff.
Let’s Have some real world products and be honest for a change.
