Many things happened in the War Between the States or the Civil War.
The following books detail some of the first three years and the turning point of the war at Gettysburg, Pa.
The first two wars for independence which were won by using guerrillas warfare, being used by the Americans, but they forgot about it during the civil struggle, causing many more to die because of open live warfare. One book about the 1812 conflict seems an appropriate it so it is included here.
